Kate Allen

Kate is the Co-Founder and Executive Chair of Allen Associates alongside her husband, Rob.

In 2025, Kate was honoured to receive The REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) Lifetime Achievement Award, recognising her ‘outstanding, long-term contribution to the UK recruitment industry and pioneering work and leadership in the Oxfordshire recruitment market and the broader industry’.

Eleanor Bromage

Elle is the Managing Director at Allen Associates and is responsible for running both the strategic and operational aspects of the business. Alongside this, she manages our highly successful specialist consultant teams. 

With Elle's 20 years of experience at Allen Associates, she has an in-depth knowledge of the business and is passionate about ensuring its future success, providing quality recruitment services in Oxfordshire.
